ANTI-DISCRIMINATION POLICY

Policies Against Discrimination: The Company is committed to treating all of its Customers and other members of the public in a fair and professional manner. In keeping with this commitment, the Company maintains a strict policy prohibiting all forms of unlawful discrimination, including discrimination or harassment based on sex, race, color, religion, national origin, disability, age or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law. This policy applies to all Company agents and employees. Furthermore, the Company prohibits harassment in any form, including verbal, physical and visual harassment, directed against its Customers and other members of the public.

Unlawful Harassment

The Company is committed to protecting its Customers and members of the public from unlawful harassment. Company policy prohibits sexual harassment, and harassment based on pregnancy, childbirth or related medical conditions, race, religion, color, national origin or ancestry, physical or mental disability, medical condition, marital status, age, sexual orientation or any other basis protected by federal, state or local law or ordinance or regulation. All such harassment is unlawful. The Company's anti-harassment policy applies to all Company agents and employees. Any person who feels he or she has suffered discrimination or harassment by anyone at the Company, should promptly report the facts of the incident or incidents and the names of the individuals involved to the person at the address listed below. Upon receiving a complaint, the Company will investigate the claims and take appropriate corrective action.
